Personal Assistant to CEO/ Housekeeper

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist our CEO both in office, and as a housekeeper, plus perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our company. Personal Assistant to CEO/Housekeeper's responsibilities include running errands, go to market, cook, and housekeeping, including laundry, maintain flower garden and minor maintenance. Someone who is accommodating & approachable has a flexible schedule, has great attention to detail, and is organized, reliable & work-focused. If you also speak Spanish, French or Thai it’s a plus. Someone with a nice friendly appearance and personality because you are also going to greet clients/guests when they arrive and offer something to drink or serve. You must be friendly, happy and outgoing. The office is in Downtown Columbus, and the home is in Victorian Village - a Beautiful safe upscale neighborhood. Salary: $12.50-$18.00 per hour. Room and board available if you want to live in. Requirements: • A valid Driver’s License • A valid passport or can apply to get one • Driving or Traveling with C.E.O. on occasion • Pass a background check and sign an NDA as required • Covid-19 Vaccine Key Responsibilities Supporting the CEO & Team • Personal shopping and running errands as needed • Preparing for C.E.O. travel, assisting with packing and unpacking luggage • Greeting guests, couriers and tradesmen at the door and overseeing appointments when necessary Supplies • Ordering supplies and toiletries • Recording and filing receipts efficiently Household Cleaning • Cleaning throughout the house: vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, wiping windows, etc. • Tidying all rooms to ensure items are neatly stored and rooms look tidy and clean • Tidying the outdoor spaces of the property, including the entryway, stairs, patio, etc. • Washing and/or wiping down outdoor furniture as needed, ensuring proper storage when seasons change • Tidying up after mealtimes Cooking • Light cooking, able to follow a recipe • Making healthy snacks night/weekend consumption Laundry & Clothing Care • Assisting with laundry, hand washing and minor ironing – ensuring special attention items are sent to drycleaners • Ensuring linens and towels are clean • Properly folding, organizing drawers and closets
