Position: Pool Technician / Pool Maintenance & Service About Us: Swim Now Pool Care is a family-owned pool service and maintenance company that has been in business since 2012. We use quality chemicals and partner with the valley's commercial leaders in pool supplies. We pride ourselves on quality work, good pricing and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced pool tech to join our team! Essential Job Duties: -Diagnose, treat/repair and maintain swimming pools and private residences in the east valley. This includes the following: -checking chemical levels (and adjusting as needed) -skimming of pool surface -hand brush pool walls and steps -empty pool skimmer/leaf baskets -inspect pool equipment/check for leaks -filter cleanings -check and set pool timers -backwash, as needed -other pool services not mentioned (depending on pool/filter type) Qualifications: We are looking for someone RELIABLE, trustworthy and dedicated. We take pride in the service we provide to our customers. -The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience as a pool service/maintenance technician -Ideally, the candidate will have some knowledge of minor repairs and troubleshooting to this type of equipment (or be ready and willing to learn) -Must have a reliable truck and be willing to drive around the east valley (gas stipend available) -Excellent customer service skills a MUST! Friendly demeanor and must be willing to answer customer questions. -Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Route presently consists of about 30 pools and growing. We would consider splitting up this particluar route if need be. *All chemicals are provided by us.* All pools are located in the EAST VALLEY (Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa)
