Installer/Shop Labor (Escondido)
Installer / Shop Worker / Driver needed for artificial hedge manufacturer in Escondido. Position will be roughly 30 - 40 hours per week. Need valid California driver's license, clean driving record, and must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. Will do deliveries and installations in San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles counties. Will assist in back shop as needed. Back shop duties will include using hog ring gun, painting, and building of new products. Some overnight travel may be required.
Salary is $17 per hour to start, with periodic reviews.
Construction experience desired, but not necessary.
Qualifications are as follows:
-Must be able to work as part of a team
-Must be willing to work at the shop and travel to job sites if needed.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs of product and material
- Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
- Follow all company rules and policies
-Must be a team player, willing to help in other areas if needed.
