Wanted – full-time general laborer with some construction skills and knowledge for work with Truckee-based General Contracting company, specializing in custom home building. This is a full-time position Monday- Friday Starting pay: $17/Hr This position is responsible for maintaining the job sites. Primary Responsibilities: Keep job site clean Ensure materials are organized and protected Maintain safety and site protection Additionally, there will be occasional tasks such as painting/staining, sanding, assembling, moving materials, and landscaping/digging, etc. While efficiency is preferred, quality is demanded. Sites are expected to be kept clean and organized, to the highest standards. Skills and Requirements: Able to listen and follow directions Ability to work independently as well as with a team Must be extremely motivated and take real initiative Demonstrate the ability to stay busy while working independently on most projects while always keeping the site clean and organized. Must have a clean driving record and experience driving with a trailer. Must have reliable transportation and be fluent in English. All job sites are non-smoking, drug-free, and pet-free.
