CLAYTON HOMES- WE BUILD OUR CUSTOMERS DREAMS Pay starts at $19 per hour and up to $24 depending on job! There is a production bonus after 30 days when we hit our production goal. We believe on promoting from within. Wonderful benefits package available after 30 days! Holiday pay, sick time, 401k after 90 days, 2 weeks vacation and we shutdown for Christmas week. All jobs are full time, M-F 7-3:30 with occasional OT. All positions are physically demanding; must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ lbs. You are on your feet 8 hours per day.
