Nanny/Mother's Helper Needed in Brentwood

Location: Brentwood Schedule: M-F, 8am-4pm with flex for later start/end times Compensation: $30/hour net A family in Brentwood is seeking a nanny/mother’s helper for their 2 children (ages 4.5 & 2.5) and occasionally help with their newborn baby. Both parents are at home, and mom is very hands on! You should be comfortable tag teaming, trading tasks, and dividing and conquering throughout the day, all to ensure that the home is running smoothly and efficiently. Ideally you are self-starter and love to find ways to be useful around the house. If mom is with the kids, please be proactive and happy to find other things to do to be helpful (this could include light cleaning, organizing, tidying, picking up after the kids, dishes, food prep, etc). The family would like to find someone who has a good head on their shoulders, is a smart worker with a calm, peaceful energy and is friendly and pleasant to be around. Please have a safe, reliable vehicle as you will be needed to do school pick ups, with occasional errands if requested. We would like to see that you have experience taking care of multiple children and are able to juggle tasks — huge plus if you have REI experience! The family appreciates an upbeat energy in order to engage and keep up with the older kids, but please know when to read a room and tone it down, leaving the kids to play quietly and independently. There is a full time housekeeper, but you must be sure to clean up after yourself/help wherever needed with a no task is too big or small attitude! MUST be fully covid vaccinated!
