The successful candidate will: Demonstrate a strong work ethic. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. Demonstrate the ability to work with and support the other staff members Has ability to complete all grooming services. Minimum of 3 years (within the last 5 years) working as a professional pet groomer. Has life skills such as time management, work ethics, goal setting, and the ability to give and accept feedback. Knows Notes From The Grooming Table pet grooming styles but is flexible to alter styles for any humane pet parent grooming requests. Knows canine body language. Knows low-stress handling. Knows how to read common grooming instructions. Must have a good cheerful attitude with good communication/customer skills. Be punctual and reliable. Must have good animal handling skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays.
