Industry: Residential and Commercial Maintenance Min. Required Experience: Three (3) years – (Plumbing and/or Apartment industry maintenance) Job Description: The position requires knowledge in general property and apartment maintenance; trouble shooting & repair of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, basic repairs, small general construction projects, HVAC (not required but a plus), painting, and other types of miscellaneous work as determined by management as appropriate. Required Travel: Yes Required Tools: Tools are Provided Required: Work Truck, Current & valid Driver's License, Registration and Insurance Required: Must be able to pass Background Check Other Requirements: -The ability to maintain written documentation, data sheets, purchase requests, and follow a daily schedule of calls. -The ability to communicate with tenants, clients and staff in a professional manner. -The ability to drive to all locations as scheduled -Must be willing to travel to various work locations -Must take before and after photos. -Must keep track of all receipts. -Minimum high school diploma or equivalent We provide PPE supplies such as masks, shoe covers, hand sanitizer, disinfectant Lysol cleaner, and gloves. Tenants are requested to maintain social distancing and wearing a mask around techs.
