Entry level position for a hands-on building maintenance worker. We are seeking a fulltime staff member to join our team. Position involves painting, remodeling and maintenance work for two commercial office buildings in downtown Los Angeles. The right candidate must have a strong willingness to learn about various operations of office buildings. Some knowledge of remodeling and painting for commercial tenants is a plus.
