Mobile Home Park Maintenance Employee Seeking Full Time Mobile Home Park Maintenance Employee for 400+ space community in Long Beach, CA At least one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, or other building/trade-related experience required. Description of Position The Mobile Home Park Maintenance employee will assist and support in the required property management maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property. Must have working knowledge of general grounds maintenance, repairs and maintenance for electrical, water and gas systems, construction skills. Knowledge of OSHA, safety, and HCD regulations a plus. Specific Responsibilities • Prepares and performs all necessary repairs to vacant mobile homes for new residents. • Responds to all service requests directed by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, must be completed in a timely and professional manner. • Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. • Alerts Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager of any potential liabilities or repairs. Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. 3. Bilingual in Spanish and English a must. 4. Ability to work independently.
