Beautiful Huskita needs room to run

We have a 3 year old huskita that has been with us since 6 weeks old. He is up to date on his shots and neutered. He is amazing with children. He is good with other dogs. I do not know about cats. I do know he likes to catch rabbits. He needs someone that runs daily or has lots of room to run. The reason we are rehoming him is he keeps escaping out the front door because he wants to run. When we had a fenced back yard where he could go out he did not even try escaping. We feel it is best to find him a home where he can get the needed exercise although it is a difficult decision and hurts our hearts. A rehoming fee DOES apply! He is a great dog, sheds, housebroken but is an escape artist!
