Local construction company seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Team. We are a family owned construction company that works throughout OR and WA. Job role includes but is not limited to: • Weekly dealer/customer updates • Scheduling – crews and subcontractors (includes utility companies) • Inspections – call/follow up on inspections for each job • Job tracking – track progress start to finish for each project • Customer relations – provide project updates, answer questions, change orders if needed Position is full time with benefits i.e. vacation/sick pay, 401K, health insurance, etc. Competitive pay offered based on previous experience.
