Yes, the vaccine was created during Trump's time in office. However, he did little to stop the spread before the vaccine was completed. He had a super-spreader event at the White House. He couldn't even keep his own family safe. All the rallies he created caused more spread of the virus. He did not encourage the use of face coverings or social distancing. He could have called Face Masks something like "Patriot Masks." If he had he would have been called a hero and would be President today.
