Need leak traced

i have an extremely and usually high water bill and need to determine the cause. I need a handyman or plumber to do a thorough walkthrough of my 4 tenants apts to check for: * A leaking toilet, or a toilet that continues to run after being flushed * A dripping faucets * Open lawn hose * A broken water pipe or obvious leak * Leaking washer machines I need this done Saturday or Sunday when all the tenants are home to give access.
