My dog got out last night and I believe got scared due to the thunderstorm and lightning. His name is Bruno and is a border collie he’s all black with some white paws and white on his chest. Last scene on volcano Avenue in Redmond Oregon he’s about two years old and scared of people unless he knows you so if you see him please give me a call or text at
