The Work Available: -majority of the work involve painting, flooring, carpentry, minor plumbing, etc. work across 125+ rental units in the area. Typical Workload: -1 to 3 rental turnovers per month, typically painting, misc repairs, sometimes flooring of same unit. The requirements: -fully setup with the proper tools and vehicle for the work. -capable, qualified and experienced in residential property work. -reasonable response time, scheduling work start within a few days, close jobs in a reasonable number of days. We oversee 125+ residential rental units along the I-95 corridor from PG to Harford County and surrounding areas of Baltimore County. Service locations marked by blue circles. We're looking for a responsible people interested in being the go-to guy or company we'd call on first on an ongoing basis for the matching work. The compensation base can be Hourly, $21-25/hr for lead and 15/hr for helper, Daily, 2 man crew, $360-400 for full 10hr day, or By the job, we'd specify what the labor pay is for each defined job agreed upon ahead of time. If it's a good fit we'd continue to structure relevant workload for the same crew on an ongoing basis. For a small crew of 2-3, we expect to have enough work to fill 20% of their schedule year round.
