Description
Federal Building Services is looking for a reliable person to provide outdoor cleaning services in Mac Arthur Park and Preston Towne Crossing. Responsible for helping maintain the properties in an attractive and safe condition. Pleasant, drug-free work environment.
Assists in trash pick up on the property
Assists in all types of cleaning, when necessary and as requested
Cleaning tasks are included but not limited to: power washing, dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and using various machines to perform cleaning work.
Will be driving between the two properties, fuel will be provided.
Requirements:
Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather.
Background check is required.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must have reliable transportation.
SHIFT:
15 hours at each property including one weekend day. Total 30 hours/week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
