Replace Dock Carpet and install dock gard

The old dock needs a new carpet. The job is to remove the old, rotted one, hammer down or remove the old tacks, and install a new outdoor carpet you would need to source, pay for, and bring. Home Depot carries them. The dock is 19'3' x 9.4' with an extra 4-6" around and on the sides. Then install vinyl dock guard (which I will source) around the sides. Bring the receipt for the carpet and I reimburse, in addition to the installation/labor fee of $250.00. Payment is Venmo or PayPal. Please be reliable, no druggies or flakes!
