Drummer able to play straightahead jazz wanted

Guitarist/singer, tenor sax player and bassist are looking for a drummer to join us. Should be able to improvise (a skill integral to jazz!) Also needs to be able to collaborate, and be sensitive to the volume needs of the band. The three of us are currently retired, and our practice times are currently during the day. We typically practice outdoors, but this may change as the pandemic wanes sufficiently-TBD. We are looking to do some playing out, but the focus is not on making money.
