Part-Time Maintenance Man Maintenance man position is 20 hours/week - $1700.00 per month. Tuesday - Friday, 7 am - 12 pm. Duties include cleaning and maintaining storage facility, electronic gates, golf cart and roll-up garage doors. Must own truck, tools and be physically able. Should be skilled in: painting, electrical, drywall, light plumbing, and other basic handyman services. No smoking, drinking or drug use permitted. Must pass background check and drug testing.
