Rehoming two loving dog brothers

One is an Australian Shepherd/beagle mix, about 60lbs, 3 years old, male. He would love an active home but is pretty skittish at first. He plays with our cat and "herds" her but is gentle. The other is a chihuahua/papillon/something else mix, about 25lbs, about 7 years old, male. He mostly ignores the cat. He just wants a comfortable home where he can curl up and get some love and attention. he is an alert dog/barker. Both of them are house trained, kennel trained, and walk well on leashes. I want to re-home them together as they are brothers now. We love them but we are full-time workers and have a new baby and I feel so guilty that they spend the majority of their lives in their kennels and when we are home, we are focused on our baby. I just want them to be happy and healthy. Will come with their kennels, whatever food we have left, food bowls, and a refilling water bowl
