Established commercial property management company in Duluth seeks Maintenance Tech to join their team. Excellent wage and benefit package. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, be able to lift 50 lbs. and a willingness to obtain special engineer certification, within 1 year. Duties include but are not limited to light building maintenance, painting, landscaping, demolition and snow removal. Must have ability to operate light snow removal/lawn care equipment and work independently. On-call shifts are required with bonus pay on a rotating schedule.
