Presidium Property Management, LLC, a real estate management and development firm specializing in multifamily housing, seeks 2 Maintenance Technicians for Valor at Harlingen! The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Director to meet the company’s established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the community’s budgeted financial goals. Primary Responsibilities • Complete residents’ service requests in a timely and professional manner • Perform routine maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance. • Make repairs as needed to all common areas and units. • Review daily work order priorities with the Service Supervisor at the beginning of each day. • Share on-call responsibility.. • Inspect the community on a daily basis to propose upgrades and address deferred maintenance issues. • Responsible for upkeep of all property-issued tools. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements Successful candidates will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should be HVAC certified and a Certified Pool Operator. Experience with exterior and interior renovations preferred.
