Equipment knowledge and management
Truck driving and loading
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass tableware and other cooking utensils
Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas.
Set up or break down dishwashing area
Maintain safety standards
Weekly and monthly cleaning projects as assigned
