Description
Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a full time, temp to perm order fulfillment coordinator for a computer/IT asset recycle and destruction company in north Austin.
The Order Fulfillment duties include:
• Communicating with staff and customers to ensure orders are up to date
• Monitoring and updating all systems to ensure orders are met
• Processing email orders and creating sales order documents
• Maintaining constant communication with Customers for order enquiries and unexpected
changes
• Maintaining constant communication with internal staff for intercompany transfers as well as
item tracking/planner
• Creating and distributing daily USA and IRE Shipment Reports and on Hand Inventory
Reports twice per day
• Monitoring KPI's and creating relevant report
• Assisting the wider team for Cycle Counts
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Degree in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Business related discipline desirable.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Be flexible and have a good interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail required.
• Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience or similar desirable
• Excellent PC skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to produce reports
• Advance knowledge of proficient with MS office products (Excel, Projects, Word, Excel)
• The ability to accurately communicate ideas, instructions, questions, problems and solutions
• Clean criminal history
Pay Rate: $17 per hour, Pays out every Monday
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
