We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to undertake the leasing activities to prospective residents. The successful candidate will effectively combine sales, marketing, customer service all while maintaining positive relations of our multi-family community. Responsibilities: >Present apartment homes to prospective clients in a persuasive manner >Evaluate clients’ requirements to make personalized presentations >Provide accurate information on the different features of properties >Validate application information and references >Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements >Keep abreast of the property market status Skills: >Proven working experience as a leasing consultant >Knowledge of leasing rules, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines >Proven track record of successful sales >Basic understanding of MS Office - Yardi skills a plus >Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills >Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques >Customer-focused approach Competitive pay, benefits and opportunities for advancement.
