Complete, Installation of Parking lot to include: 1. Clean off entire parking lot using a commercial air blower. 2. Remove all loose dirt and debris from parking lot. 3. Apply SS1 tag glue to all areas that will be patched. 4. Apply new asphalt to all bad areas on parking lot potholes in low spots. On parking lot will be compacted. 5. All new asphalt on parking lot will be compacted with a heavy duty vibratory plate. 6. All cracks will be cleaned and remove all vegetation. 7. Apply hot rubberized crack sealer to all large cracks on parking lot. 8. Coat the application of commercial grade sealer to entire parking lot. 9. Re-stripe entire parking lot with new parking lines. Notify tenants 3 days in advance All MATERIAL AND LABOR MUST BE GUARANTEED FOR 4 YEARS Contractor is 100% responsible for cleanup and removal of all trash and debris associated with the Work and said debris must be removed from the property every 24-48 hours.
