Maintenance Technician for Residential Rental Properties Dayton and Surrounding Area We're looking for enthusiastic employees with a minimum of 3 years residential maintenance experience. Successful candidates will be reliable, possess problem-solving skills, and able to work independently or with a team. FULL- AND PART-TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE Responsibilities: Electrical Work (Outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, fuses, breakers, etc.) Plumbing (toilets, gaskets, wax rings, faucets, snake toilets & drains, etc.) Building Maintenance / Carpentry (install & repair doors, windows, cabinets, etc.) Hauling and Heavy Lifting HVAC Certifications preferred but not required Requirements: Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Own personal tools used in maintenance. Own transportation. Must pass background check and drug test.
