Job Description Wayne Pallets is a family owned business that manufactures wooden pallets and shipping materials. We are located on Highway 25 - 6 miles south of Menomonie, WI. We are looking for General laborers. The qualified candidate will be in our pallet production and/or sawmill area. Duties include: Feed raw materials into production machinery Assemble pallets by using nailing machines or by nail gun Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to use and read tape measure Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Have a strong work ethic Have a reliable mode of transportation. Hourly wage based on experience. $2.00 incentive pay per hour for perfect attendance.
