Please Help! I need to rent a room on July 1st. I am willing to pay $900 per month. If you could give me a break on the deposit that would be great. I just moved into the worst room and need to move asap. I am a 40 yr old female, I have a couple of misdemeanor charges on my record from 5 years ago and I have a 537 credit score, I also smoke 1-3 cigs a day sometimes as I have a stressful job but I don't smoke in the house EVER! I have a job that I make $20 per hour at and I've only worked here a month but they like me and are going to keep me. I am not an escort or looking for any sexual type situation. Just need help please. If you can rent to me that would be great because the room I just rented turns out to be bug infested and she is going to keep my deposit I just have a feeling she is this type so I am trying to be prepared for that, hence the reason I ask to make the deposit in 2 payments. If anyone out there has a clean room for rent that doesn't have bugs and will rent to me I would appreciate it.
