Found young male tabby cat near Sophie Blvd 32828. Not neutered. No microchip. Friendly. Has a blue collar zip tied on. PSA: please do not use anything other than a true breakaway collar on a cat. They can strangle themselves if it gets caught on something and cats are notorious for squeezing into tight spaces where collars will get caught.
