The COVID Compliance Advocate will screen and audit facilities and be responsible for ensuring employee compliance to customer policies and procedures related to the COVID-19 Pandemic response, especially focused on the company’s Social Distancing Policy. Through ongoing monitoring of the building, the Advocate ensures a safe and healthy working environment. Position is Monday through Friday, shift starting at 5:30 am to 3:30 pm. It is a 50 hour work week with 1.5X for overtime hours. Standing for most of the day will be required. Full benefits included. Position will primarily be working with current employees and NOT the general public. Training provided. Essential Job Functions: • Ensure employees and visitors are following all current policies and procedures. • Ensure employees and visitors are following Social Distancing Requirements. • Ensure all employees and visitors are wearing facial coverings properly. • Assists in enforcing all preventative measures and escalate issues to management. • Must be willing to engage and coach. • Serve as an advocate for health and safety protocols. • Maintains highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. • Must pay close attention to details and follow directions. • Must be reliable and responsible. • Must have reliable transportation. • Other tasks and duties as may be assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Good communication skills both written and oral. • Ability to maintain record keeping systems and procedures. • Approach-ability with employees and management. • Patience and de-escalation skills to diffuse difficult situations. Physical Demands: • Position will require walking for long periods of time.
