Description

We are looking for skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Job Duties: Operate and maintain a variety of laser, routing, milling, and sawing machinery. Review’s drawings, blueprints, instructions, or samples to ensure accurate production. Takes precise measurements for cutting and shaping. Selects appropriate machine and settings for task. Checks output for proper quality, recording results and tracking of scrap rates. Regularly implement adjustments necessary to maximize production machine efficiency. Identifies need for maintenance and or repair of equipment. Other duties as assigned by management. Maintains a safe and clean work area. Required Skills: Strong attention to safety, detail, and accuracy. Proficient in math and basic computer skills. Ability to take measurements in Microns via use of calipers. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Familiarity with Laser Machinery and CNC Milling machines a plus. Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with machinery, tooling, and mechanical assembly. Mechanically inclined. Possess the ability to set up and changeover various types of equipment. Shift: Monday – Friday, 6am-2:30pm If you are interested, please apply now.
