Stewart & Rose Renovations is a local small business operating in Vancouver, WA. We are residential remodelers and our main expertise and focus is custom bathroom and kitchen remodel. We are looking for someone with well rounded remodeling experience including: Tile installation, and experience with material cutting, grouting, caulking, painting, cabinetry installation, trim work, flooring install, drywall, framing, confidence in detailed home remodel installs. We pride ourselves in clean, professional and experienced remodel work and we will settle for nothing less for our customer's homes. If you have thorough hands on skilled experience in the remodel field then you might be who we are looking for! We expect in an employee: Professionalism, experience, an ability to learn and listen to instruction, a goal oriented mindset, quick learner and understanding directions, excellent communication skills, teamwork first and foremost, and mindfulness towards safety and others and your surrounding. Applicant must have a clean driving record, an active license, and their own vehicle (a company vehicle may be provided in the future - clean driving record is essential as a company driver), a clean background check, and live locally. *** RESUME' REQUIRED with references Benefits offered: - Starting wage can be between 20 - 25. For a 2 week trial period. After the trial period we will then discuss your official starting wage. The trial period gives us an opportunity to view your skill level. - Bonus: We offer a safety bonus of up to $1,200 annually. Every year that you succeed to have an accident free job-site you will get your full bonus for staying safe on the job! - Bonus: We offer additional bonuses throughout the year on certain projects. - Cell Phone Credit of $50 per month - Health Reimbursement Credits: For up to 10 chiropractic and/or massage therapy visits covered per year - Vacation: 40 hours vacation paid each year (paid vacation begins after 90 days employment). - Sick Pay: accumulates throughout year separate from vacation pay - Holidays paid off: The following holidays are additional days paid off - New years day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Birthday -- additionally if our company has a company trip or holiday party that lands on a work week day that is also paid time off.
