Responsibilities: • Work independently and provide on-site sweeper services on a set and on-demand schedule • Be the primary customer interface while on site, exhibiting courtesy, professionalism an ensuring all customer issues are addressed • Sweeping of designated commercial lots • Blowing of sidewalks and walkways • Changing trash receptacles • Keep supplied Sweeper Truck in clean condition • Maintain and report any deficiencies of equipment • Produce timely and detailed service reports • Keep vehicle, tools and equipment organized and properly maintained (Company provides all equipment) • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required • Must have a flexible schedule to work nights and early mornings (when client serviced locations are typically closed). This is a graveyard position. • Must practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. • Self-motivated and responsible • Must have time management skills • Must be a team-player who interacts well with the team • Must pass a criminal background and DMV record check You will receive an hourly rate and a weekly performance bonus.
