Do you run on a regular basis? Do you want to make sure you have the best form and are protecting yourself from injury? We’d like to learn from you! Hello from Jack, (jackstrategy.com) a BIPOC- and female-led design studio. We are currently doing research to understand the experiences and needs of runners who run in a diversity of locations. Maybe you love running in an interesting or unique location, perhaps you enjoy running in your neighborhood. If you run regularly (whether that means every few weeks or a few times a week) and are willing to share your experiences, we’d like to learn from you. Fill out this survey to apply: Please note that we are committed to speaking to runners of all backgrounds, sexual identity and gender identity. Where:If you are in the Portland, OR, area, and can show proof of COVID-19 vaccination, this will be an in-person interview the week of June 14th or later in July. Please note that you will have to do a brief 1-2 min run during the interview - either on a treadmill if in person or send a video of you running if you’re doing a virtual interview. In-person and remote interviews will be 1.5 hours long and will be compensated $150 via PayPal or Amazon gift card. Photo and video may be taken, but will only be used for internal purposes. Please note that all information you share will be kept confidential. Compensation If you are selected for an interview, you will be compensated $150 via PayPal or Amazon gift card. In order to qualify for this research, you must: -Have a regular running routine -Have opinions about running, movement, health and preventative care. -Be willing to participate in an in person or video interview (depending on location and vaccination) If you're interested, please complete our survey below.
