Repair Basement Walls

I would like to find someone who can repair my basement walls with cement. This is not structural, it is cosmetic and I want to skim the walls with cement prior to a fresh coat of paint. If I were stronger I'd tackle the job, but I think the cement is going to be too heavy for me.
