ISO yoga/boxing/martial arts instructors

I am ISO independent instructors and coaches that are in need of a place to work with classes and personal training clients. I myself am a boxing coach. I have been training PT clients out of a local fitness gym for some time. I am looking for 1 or 2 other people that are looking for a more private setting. If everything falls into place the way I have planned I will be leasing a facility to expand my business. I am searching for someone who can use the facility when I am not. I am willing to be flexible with time slots and share prime hours as well. Must be reliable and carry insurance.
