we are a property management company with hallways, basements, apartments which need cleaning weekly.(about 4 hrs)
we have tenant turnover, with several apartments to clean in 24-48 hours.
lots to do, june + july and august.

car required, as you'll need to drive to different locations (we pay mileage) and you'll need to drive 1 mile to each location
