Buddy is a one year old male, neutered cat. He was a stray who was coming and going on my back porch and I humanely trapped him, had him neutered. At the time he did not appear friendly so I released him. He continued to stay nearby and over the last month, he took up residence in my neighbor's yard. I befriended him with daily food and it was game on to trust and friendship. Buddy eventually was beat up by the other outdoor cat recently and was able to put him in a carrier and take him to the vet to be treated. Once home, I brought him indoors into a spare bedroom. He even had to wear a cone and never minded it one bit ! He is still healing however feeling great Buddy is a lover, not a fighter, no wonder he did not fair well outdoors. Buddy has shown to be a great cat. He truly wants nothing more than to hang out with you. He will plop beside you, wants to be up against you, and lounge around with you. He loves to be spoken too and responds with body slams, head butts, and purrs. He uses his litterbox without any issues and clean himself silly. He interacts with toys but mostly just wants you to be his buddy with whatever you are doing. I am only a small part of his journey and Buddy is looking for his next one or two people who love panther cats, but mostly who he can be a couch potato with. Of course allow for adjustment period in your home as Buddy will need to get to know you too. If you think you are a good match for Buddy, please in inquire.
