Seeking a handyperson to manage getting a home ready for rent

Seeking a handyperson to complete projects at two units to get them ready for rent and to manage other vendors as needed at the sites (such as be there when other tradespeople are needed to go there or to meet appliances that are going to be purchased). You would do any handy work you are qualified to do and/or manage vendors and tradespeople to do the work by meeting them, taking bids and being there while they work. Both units require light work - such as interior painting, removing a carpet and installing shower kits to bathtubs and getting new appliances. Units are in Lakewood and North Collinwood area. If you are looking for project management experience and would like to manage a project like this please email with your resume and a letter explaining why you believe you are qualified. This is a part-time temporary gig until the places are ready to rent. It could extend into the future on an as-needed basis if it works out well. Pay is based on your experience and qualifications.
