Looking for a full time Maintenance Director with experience working in either senior living, rental apartments or the like and is skilled at preventative maintenance, apartment turns, carpentry, etc. Experience a must, no certifications required but definitely a plus. This is a full time with benefits position with a highly respected company. If you enjoy a hospitality environment and making a difference, this is the position for you! *You must have a clean driving record as driving the company vehicle from time to time may by required.
