***Position up to 10-15 hours a week at 5 days a week ****) 6:00pm- 8:00pm M-F. We are looking for a Janitorial Technician, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. We are seeking individuals who display the following qualities: Display a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. Have a desire to always provide a high-quality service. Work well in a team oriented and/or independent atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who want to grow with us and can start Part-time and will lead to Full time. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a good work history. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Must be 18 years of age or older. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.) Cleaning and sanitizing employee break room/kitchen. Emptying trash bins and discard trash bags in dumpster. Carry out special projects when needed. Notify management (IAMCS) of any issues. Cooperate with the rest of the staff. Follow all health and safety regulations. Re-stock proper supplies/paper products. Cleaning all glass windows Skills Proven work experience as a janitor technician. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independently. High School diploma/GED equivalent required. Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture. Independent -- enjoys working with little direction.
