Immediate opening for pest control technician. Experience helpful but not necessary. We will train. Full time, Monday through Friday. We provide excellence in pest control service with a very “results oriented” program. Immediate opening for an indoor pest technician. Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work. No experience required…we will train. Salary based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities: • Running an organized route, inspecting and treating for pests. • Communicating with home owners, apartment dwellers, etc. • Communicating with rental offices. • Keeping us with paperwork on a daily basis. • Reading pesticide labels and following their directions. • Assisting other “team mates” in finishing their routes if needed. • Wear “Personal Protective Equipment” as required by pesticide label. Prepare vehicles for the day: • Make sure vehicle is properly stocked for the day’s route. • Check and top off fluids. • Operate vehicle in a safe manner. • Make sure chemical storage boxes are locked at all times. • Make sure vehicle is stocked with “Personal Protective Equipment”. • Clean equipment and truck. • Minor maintenance to onboard equipment. Work Environment • 40 hr a week position. • No experience necessary, experience a plus • Work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, precipitation) Qualification/Requirements • Valid and clean driver’s license going back 3 years. • Intelligent time management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Basic math skills. • Able to work a 40 hour work week. • Ability to pass a background check. We typically work 8 hour days, Monday through Friday. Start and end times vary somewhat depending on the daily route.
