She's not microchipped but is house trained and seems very well taken care of. He is a brown Tabby/Bengal mix, with a very distinctive broken tail 1" from the top making it look like he has a telescope at the end of his tail. :) His collar was found on the walking path near Pirate Park, but he is micro-chipped.
