The right candidate must possess the following traits and skills: -Strong organizational and communication & customer service skills -A professional, confident, and friendly attitude -Good problem solving skills; ability to respond effectively in emergency situations -A passion for excellence and a past history of success -An optimistic attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done -Traveling between multiple properties will be required -Company Vehicle -Superb Company Employment Package Responsibilities & Requirements: -Must have knowledge in appliance repair, electrical, plumbing and all aspects of building maintenance. -Minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar position -Works 'hands on' as a team participant along with the maintenance team to ensure the community meets quality standards set by the Company -Proof of a valid driver's license -May require a rotation of working weekend and evening 'on call' emergency services
