Free horse boarding in exchange for riding privileges

Small private barn on abeautiful 45 acres property in Crow. we have 2 large fenced pastures for turn-out, large round pen, and free use of acres and acres of maintained trails with stunning views. We are in the process of building our outdoor arena with many other exciting plans for improvements to come. We're also in the middle of building an insulated tack room with moisture barrier. There is a daily on-site person who cares for and checks on the animals. On the farm, we currently have 7 cattle, 2 horses, 3 goats,and 8 chickens. Offering free full-care boarding ( except for cost of food) in exchange for riding privileges or a trial care lease. The horse should (currently) be a well broke begginers' horse so my small children can safely ride. I prefer a gelding as we have had some recent difficulties with mares but I am willing to consider either as long as they're the right fit.
