A prominent property management company is seeking to fill a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment complex in New Port Richey, FL. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property while operating within OSHA Standards and company safety policies and procedures. Incumbent must have experience in carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurnishing and cleaning, and air conditioning.
