***$250 HIRING BONUS, PAID ON YOUR 2ND CHECK*** Seeking Hard Physical Worker for PART-TIME, Independent Contractor Position, for Doorstep Trash Removal at an Apartment Complex in Clearwater, FL 33759 **MUST LIVE WITHIN 15 MILES OF ZIP CODE**: 33759-Clearwater, FL ***Paid Flat Rate, Twice Monthly. Averages out to $20-$25 per Hour.*** No Exp. Req'd! Will Train Right Person. Part-Time DAYS/TIMES are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, between 8P-11P. (No Work on Fri. or Sat.) **MUST OWN YOUR OWN Good Condition PICK-UP TRUCK** NO VANS OR SUV's *MUST SPEAK ENGLISH* Key Responsibilities Include: 1. Responsibility: Pick Up Bagged Trash from EVERY Apartment's Doorstep, and take to the onsite Compactor, w/ your Pick-up Truck 2. Be PREPARED to WORK and COLLECT bagged Trash RAIN or SHINE, 5 days per week! 3. Be in Good Physical Condition: Will have to climb steps to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door. Must be able to Lift 50lbs. Get paid to work out! 4. Punctuality: MUST Be on property onsite by 8PM! Residents EXPECT trash to be removed quietly as they get ready for bed! 5. *MUST OWN GOOD CONDITION PICK UP TRUCK* 6. Must have Valid Driver's Lic. & Current Insurance 7. MANDATORY Pick Up Schedule: 8:00PM --11:00PM, 5 Days per week.: Sun., Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., (NO WORK on Friday or Saturday) 8. Communication: Daily contact with Field District Manager. 9. Must own Smartphone 10. MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE APPS ON A SMARTPHONE 11.
