The Flo Enterprise Management Group is looking for a new member to join our enthusiastic team.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintain outdoor cleanliness, including sidewalks and parking lots
• Performing maintenance tasks, including painting and cleaning
• Ability to repair handrails, deck boards, or other wood framing
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
The ideal candidate is detail oriented and takes pride in their work. Must be able to work independently and take initiative when necessary, while also working efficiently as a member of our growing team.
